Primeko Home Inc. ("Primeko" or "We") welcomes you, the end-user ("User" or "You"), to our online store located on the Primeko Home website, www.primekohome.ca (the "Store"). The Store is owned and operated by Primeko.
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") outline important information for Users regarding browsing, purchasing, and payment for products and services (collectively, "Product") available through the Store.
These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases made on the Store. BY CLICKING ANY “BUY” OR “ORDER” BUTTON OR OTHERWISE INITIATING A PURCHASE THROUGH THE STORE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE STORE TO MAKE ANY PURCHASE(S).
Primeko's Terms of Use also apply to the Store and its Products, forming an integral part of these Terms of Purchase. In case of any inconsistency between the Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Purchase will take precedence. Additionally, Primeko's Privacy Policy governs your use of the Store and the information you provide while making a purchase. Please ensure you review both the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully.
RETURNS
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns can be requested by calling (647) 343-1422. All Products must be returned in like-new condition. Products that are returned with missing accessories, or are damaged, scratched, or dented, will not be eligible for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any Product return. Products returned without a pre-approved RMA number will be shipped back to you at your expense. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for courier pickup for large appliances, and you will be notified or contacted by the courier on behalf of Primeko Home regarding the pickup details. For other product returns, a return label will be sent via email. Please affix this label to the package and return it to us.
If your purchase included a free gift, it must be returned with the Product to receive a full refund. If you return one or more items from a bundle offer, a revised discount rate (or no discount) will apply, which will be reflected in your refund.
For major appliance returns, a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any shipping or installation fees are non-refundable. For all other product returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase and may take up to 2 weeks to process after we receive and inspect the returned Product. Returns made after the 15-day window will not be accepted unless required by law.

Return Policy
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND
Except for products with manufacturing defects as outlined below, all products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Floor models are sold “as-is” and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns & Refunds: Manufacturing Defects Only
Primeko Home Inc. only accepts returns for products with manufacturing defects. You must notify Primeko within thirty (30) days of receiving the product (e.g., home appliances) regarding any manufacturing defects. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If the product in question is a smaller item, such as an accessory, you must notify Primeko within seven (7) days of receipt about any defect in manufacturing.
No returns or refunds will be processed without an original receipt. All returned products must be 100% complete, including all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, warranty and registration cards, and any other accessories or documentation provided. Primeko strongly recommends ensuring all parts and documentation are included when returning any product. Returned products must be in undamaged and sellable condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returned products are subject to inspection by Primeko’s staff. Refund eligibility will be determined once the returned product is received and inspected. After the inspection, Primeko will, at its sole discretion, decide if the product is eligible for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for Primeko to make this determination.
If the returned product does not meet this policy, it will not qualify for a refund and may be either returned to you or destroyed upon request.
Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment method and issued only to the individual(s) listed on the invoice. If you paid in cash and the refund amount exceeds $250, Primeko will issue a refund check within ten (10) business days, which will be mailed to you.
If you prefer an exchange, replacement, or repair instead of a refund, you must notify Primeko, and we will arrange the necessary process.
Store credit, if applicable, will only cover the product price and any sales tax paid. Shipping charges are not eligible for credit.
Damaged Products
Primeko ensures that all orders are packed with care to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives in damaged condition, please keep the product and its original packaging and notify Primeko immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged merchandise.
Damaged products can be returned directly to Primeko within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for, at Primeko's sole discretion, credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the original shipping containers and packaging in which your product was received.
Limited Warranty
Products with defects in materials or workmanship may be returned, repaired, or replaced in accordance with Primeko’s limited warranty, which is included in the original packaging and incorporated into this policy by reference. This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided for the product. For returns or claims based on the limited warranty, please follow the procedures outlined in the warranty document.
Except for this limited warranty, Primeko disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties, including the limited warranty, are valid for six months from the date of purchase when products are used in non-residential settings. After six months, all warranties are null and void for such products. Warranties are also void when products are shipped or used outside the continental United States.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
If you refuse delivery of a product, you will be responsible for any charges incurred to return the product to Primeko. If you refuse delivery of a non-refundable product, you will not receive credit for the product and will incur additional return fees. Refused deliveries will remain with Primeko until payment for re-delivery is made. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days, the product will be forfeited. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
For all returns, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed, unless the product is defective. In addition, a $450 shipping and handling fee will apply.
Miscellaneous
Primeko reserves the right to modify its Return Policy at any time. This policy represents your sole and exclusive rights regarding the return, exchange, or refund of products purchased from Primeko. No changes or modifications to this policy may be made without Primeko's express written approval.
